    2. Course Admission Processing Fee

    • Strictly Non-Refundable: The admission processing fee (e.g., Rs. 2,000) required during the online application and registration process is strictly non-refundable.

    • This condition applies regardless of the status of your application, admission withdrawal requests, deferrals, or final approval outcomes.

    3. Course Tuition and Enrollment Refunds

    • Pre-Commencement Withdrawals: If a student requests a cancellation or withdrawal prior to the official commencement date of the training batch, refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, excluding any non-refundable registration or processing fees.

    • Post-Commencement Withdrawals: Once a course batch has officially started and learning materials, student portal access, or mentorship sessions have begun, no refunds on tuition fees will be issued.

    • Transfer Requests: Under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of management, students may request to transfer their enrollment fee to a subsequent batch or a different course track, subject to availability and administrative approval.

    4. IT Services and Digital Solutions

    • Custom Development & Marketing Projects: For digital solutions such as website development, mobile app development, SEO campaigns, and digital marketing services, payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

    • Refunds on Services: Because digital services and custom software development involve dedicated labor, technical architecture, and resource allocation, payments made for completed milestones or initiated design/development phases are non-refundable. Any dispute regarding active project phases must be communicated to our support team for resolution.
